To activate your card or set/reset your PIN, call (866) 762-0558.

For assistance with your debit or credit card during regular business hours, please call the credit union at (706) 232-6871.

After Hours:

• For assistance with your debit or credit card, or report a lost/stolen card, call (706) 232-6871, and press option 5, or call (866) 705-9382.
• To report fraudulent debit or credit card transactions, call (706) 232-6871, and press option 4, or call (877) 770-5782.

Stay in touch with the credit union 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with CALL 24. You can do a balance inquiry, transfer money, make loan payments, and more with this convenient phone service.

If you have never used CALL 24, contact the credit union first to have your access enabled.
